The Park and Sell program offers sellers an easy, secure way to gain maximum local visibility while presenting their items in a professional, accessible setting.

How it works:

The Park-and-Sell Display Lot at Polk Road Storage is designed to make selling vehicles and recreational equipment simple and convenient. Customers can call or stop into the office to arrange service, select their display term, and complete registration before placing their vehicle, trailer, equipment, or watercraft in the designated Polk Road display area. Items may remain on display for the purchased period, and if they do not sell, customers can easily renew their service or remove the item at their convenience.
